Student Leadership Academy

At Meadowlark, our 4th and 5th grade students have an opportunity to be part of a leadership academy. This is an opporunity for students to learn leadership skills and be a model for others. Fourth and fifth grade students must apply and be selected to be part of the leadership academy. They have various jobs around the school, and meet on Wednesdays at lunchtime to build their knowledge of traits of leaders. These students will dedicate time throughout the year for various community projects. At Meadowlark, we currently have 58 students in the leadership academy.
